Our Story

Storm6 was launched in 2022 by our Founder & VP, Bethan Williams, a renowned recruiter from a successful global recruitment company. She launched Storm6 with the mission to help connect candidates with clients to shape the future of education platforms and make them accessible to everyone. This mission is close to her heart as she comes from a family of teachers. We have successfully secured second round funding of $3 million USD from Puffin Point Investments to continue our mission of ‘supporting people in education & throughout their career.’ Now we are the fastest-growing EdTech and Workplace Development recruitment agency!

Our parent company launched.

We launched Storm6 to help grow EdTechs with the talent they need and we developed our specialisms in Data & Analytics, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering & DevOps.

2023

Through new academies, we have grown our headcount to 25 consultants.

2024

We expanded our services to workplace development businesses, recognising the opportunity to support people from school, through to lifelong learning during their careers.

VP

Bethan Williams

Bethan is passionate about continuously learning, whether professionally or personally, and has recently completed a master’s in sports psychology alongside working in recruitment. She has eight years of experience in recruitment, where she has been responsible for building out new markets from scratch and being the team’s top biller, all while managing and growing a successful team. In the recruitment environment, she thrives as she is very target-focused, has the will to win, and loves a challenge to be the best. Outside of work, she competes in Triathlons and is currently learning to play tennis.
People Operations Senior Manager

Asha Turner Josephs

Asha has five years of recruitment experience in various industries, including financial services, aviation, retail, and digital and technology, focusing solely on senior executive hires. As an experienced headhunter, Asha provides the highest quality candidates to our client base while increasing women's and ethnic minorities' representation at all levels. Additionally, as a graduate in Sports Coaching, Asha has moved from the sporting field to a People and Performance managerial role working on developing our Global Edtech recruitment outreach.
