Storm6 are specialists in global EdTech recruitment, connecting organisations with the talent to drive their mission. Launched in 2022 to service the EdTech industry, Storm6 connect specialist talent with businesses at the forefront of education technology innovation.
Storm6 focus on placing senior talent into start-ups and scale ups across Europe, North America, and the APAC region. The EdTech industry has skyrocketed in recent years with the uptake of new digital technologies, IOT devices and cloud-enabled tools fostering collaboration in the classroom. From language learning, K12 and Higher Education through to smart devices and apps focused on providing universal access to digital classrooms; investment into EdTech continues to soar globally. Storm6’s mission is to be integral to the digital education revolution and provide highly specialised teams across Data & Analytics, Engineering, Product Management and Sales & Marketing. We are a leading provider of EdTech-focused information to clients for market compensation and best practice in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, hiring and retention.

Bethan is the VP and Founder of Storm6. She launched Storm6 with the mission to help connect candidates with clients to shape the future of education platforms and make it accessible to everyone. This mission is close to her heart as she comes from a family of teachers.
Bethan is passionate about continuously learning, whether professionally or personally, and has recently completed a master’s in sports psychology alongside working in recruitment. She has eight years of experience in recruitment, where she has been responsible for building out new markets from scratch and being the team’s top biller, all while managing and growing a successful team. The recruitment environment is where she thrives as she is very target focused, has a will to win, and loves a challenge to be the best.
Outside of work, she competes in Triathlons and is currently learning how to play tennis.
